Quote requests, not orders

This website lets you build a list of items and request a quote. Submitting a quote request is not an order and does not reserve stock. A sale only happens when our team confirms pricing and availability with you and you agree to buy.

Prices, stock and product information

• Prices, stock levels, descriptions and images shown on the site are for guidance and may change without notice.
• Product photos may be illustrative. Please confirm specifications, sizes and compatibility with our staff before buying.
• We may correct errors, and we may decline or change a quote if an item is unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly.
• Any taxes, express delivery fees and promotions will be confirmed in your final quote.

Pickup and delivery

Standard delivery across Grenada is free. Express same-day delivery, when it is available, carries a fee that is agreed with our team when your quote is confirmed. Pickup and delivery options and timing are also confirmed at that point. Delivery times are estimates and depend on stock and location.

Payment

You do not pay on this website. Once your quote is confirmed, we accept online payment by bank transfer (Grenada Co-operative Bank or Republic Bank) or through a Fygaro payment link that our team sends you based on your quote. Please only pay using payment details or links sent to you directly by our team, and contact us if you are unsure.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account, and you agree to give accurate contact information so we can reach you about your quote.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site: no submitting false or spam requests, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, and no automated scraping of our catalogue.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including our name, logo, text and images, belongs to On The Spot Hardware or its suppliers and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website or from reliance on information shown on it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
